Ok, so this definitely isn’t on anyone’s diet, is not for those trying to lose weight or live a healthy life, not recommended by any Cardiologist in the country, but everything in Moderation, right?

Here’s the Gooey Goodness that is Cheese Fondue:

RECIPE: Bacon-Wrapped Chicken

Super Easy Appetizer, Great Finger Food for any Gathering or Party

Ingredients

  • 1 Skinless, boneless Chicken Breast per person
  • 1 lb bacon
  • Parsley flakes
  • 1 cup low sodium chicken broth


Directions

  1. Cut chicken into strips and  soak in chicken broth  for 1 hour in fridge
  2. Preheat oven to 400F
  3. Wrap each piece of chicken in bacon Make sure bacon ends are on the underside
  4. Place wrapped chicken in baking dish
  5. Cook 15-20 mins
  6. Remove from oven
  7. To crisp bacon, preheat skillet to med-high and pan fry chicken Use tongs) after taking out of oven,  turning over as you go to crisp each side



If you are cooking Chicken with baked vegies, it’s okay to cook them at 375F but you will need to cook them 45 min
