Everyone’s heard the catch phrase “There’s an App for that”, well there literally is an App for just about everything you need to simplify your life

What many don’t know, is there are Apps that can save you TIME, the one thing we all need the most and don’t seem to ever have enough of

I haven’t used all of these myself, but they constantly hit the Top 10 Lists on the internet and have pretty good reviews, so I thought I’d share them with you

1. Doorman

Ever missed a delivery because you’re at work or stepped out to run errands?

Doorman is an App that might alleviate the worry and hassle of missing parcel deliveries

This is a Paid Service, it isn’t Free to use. You either pay a flat rate of $3.99 per package or a monthly subscription for $19

This service redirects your parcels to a Doorman representative who delivers your packages to your house between 6pm and midnight. They’ll hold parcels for 30 days if you’re on vacation

It might be worth it if you can’t be home or take time off work and are concerned about deliveries

It’s like having your own personal assistant

This App is only available on iPhone

If you like keeping a diary or journal,  Momento is an App that lets you add photos, tweets, location data and much more for journaling.

It tells you other things like the temp outside, wind speed, humidity, visibility etc and sends severe weather alerts to your phone

30 Photo Challenges: Moonlight

I wasn’t sure how I would go with this challenge

Moonlight can be beautiful in real life, but challenging from a photography aspect

It looks great over the ocean or a large body of water, but can be a bit of a pain if it’s too bright, not bright enough, moving or in the wrong place lol

The photos above were taken under a moonlit sky

I have photos of the actual moon and wrote a little bit about that here

One of these days I might even do a series of moonlit photos, but as always, I don’t have the time right now

Psychology of Color: Purple

Daily Post: Purple was yesterday, so I am Re-Blogging for those who missed the Original Post

2Broke2Save

purple.png

via Purple

Purple is one of my favorite colors.  There is a store I discovered while travelling in South Carolina called Purpleologist and everything in the entire store was purple, it was stunning and amazing, I felt like I was “home’

Did you know that your favorite color has certain psychological tendencies associated with it?

The color purple has been associated with Royalty and Nobility for centuries

People who favor the color purple, tend to have great intuition and are a great judge of character.

They tend to be a “people magnet”, they are very approachable and have good charisma.

They often have an innovative spirit and are the visionaries of the world.

They are extremely creative and organize themselves and others well.

They are unique and imaginative and seldom fit in to ‘the norm’ or ‘inside the box’.  They are open-minded and accepting of others and new ideas.

Denim Craze

Denim is a Girl’s best Friend (Next to Diamonds of course!….hmmm Denim & Diamonds…. YES!)

Brittany Peretin

Hey friends! Since spring has kinda sprung, I’m super happy it’s time to start looking at clothes for warmer days 🙂 One thing I’ve been seeing a lot on my socials is denim skirts. I’m actually really excited about this, because I don’t think this has been a thing since the days of Abercrombie and Fitch, circa 2002. That being said, here are some denim skirts you need ( and I need ) for your closet ! 😉 What do you guys think of denim skirts? Let me know!
Happy Friday!
