Recipe: Satay Pork Skewers

Super Easy Appetizer, Great Finger Food for any Birthday or Football Party

  • 1 Lb Pork Loin
  • 1/4 cup Teriyaki Sauce

You will also need Bamboo Skewers

Satay Sauce:

  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Tsp Curry Powder


  1. Cut Pork into 1″x3″ Strips
  2. Marinate in Teriyaki Sauce for 1 hour
  3. Heat Non Stick Skillet med-high
  4. Lay marinated Pork strips flat
  5. Cook until brown on one side
  6. Turn and cook on the other side
  7. Remove from heat
  8. Add skewer to cooked strips
  9. Mix Satay Sauce ingredients together in a small bowl
  10. Serve skewers with Satay dipping sauce while hot

  • Use chicken or steak instead of pork
  • You can gently warm sauce
