RECIPE: Bacon Wrapped Chicken Sticks

Great Food on a Stick Finger Food Appetizer for any Birthday, Football or Holiday Party

Ingredients

  • 1 Skinless, boneless Chicken Breast per person
  • 1 lb bacon
  • Parsley flakes
  • 1 cup low sodium chicken broth

Directions

  1. Soak wooden Skewers in Water
  2. Cut chicken into cubes and Soak in chicken broth for 1 hour in fridge
  3. Preheat oven to 400F
  4. Skewer chicken cubes and Wrap each skewer of chicken in bacon
  5. Make sure bacon ends are on the underside
  6. Place wrapped chicken in baking dish
  7. Cook 15-20 mins
  8. To crisp bacon, preheat skillet and pan fry after taking out of oven, turning over as you go to crisp each side
