RECIPE: No Bake Energy Bars

Quick & Easy Energy Bars / Breakfast on the Go

  • 1 Cup Oats
  • 2/3 Cup Coconut
  • 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Dried Fruit
  • 1/4 Cup Honey
  • 1/4 Cup Raisins
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract

You will also need:

  • Pyrex Dish
  • Parchment Paper
  • Plastic (Latex Free) Food Service  Gloves


  1. In a large mixing bowl (not plastic), add all ingredients


I used gloves and mixed all ingredients together by hand
You can use a fork or a wooden spoon
Just make sure all ingredients are
thoroughly combined

2. Line a 6″x9″ Pyrex Dish with Greaseproof Parchment Paper
3. Spoon mixture into dish
4. Flatten to edges
5. Chill in Freezer
6. Cut into 8 Energy Bars

These are great for Breakfast to have
on the go if you are not a morning person

  • Always use a glass or metal mixing bowl and metal spoon or fork to mix, not plastic
  • Gently fold wet ingredients into dry, do not over mix
  • You could add other spices like nutmeg, cinnamon
