RECIPE: Sunday Brunch Breakfast Bagel

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Everything Bagel
  • Arugula
  • 1 oz Goat Cheese
  • 1 Slice prosciutto
  • 1/2 lemon
 

You will also need:

Toaster or grill

Directions

  1. Toast Bagel until brown & crisp
  2. Spread Goat cheese on toasted bagel
  3. Layer arugula
  4. Lightly squeeze lemon juice over arugula
  5. Tear strips of prosciutto and add to top

  • You can add sliced tomato on top of arugula before you add prosciutto
  • Add sun-dried tomatoes on top of prosciutto
  • If you don’t have goat cheese, use cream cheese
  • You could use our sun-dried tomato aioli on the bottom and add crumbled goat cheese to top
