RECIPE: Breakfast Hash

  • 1 Yellow Onion
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Orange Bell Pepper
  • 1 Cup Sun Dried Tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil


  1. Peel and slice onion
  2. Cut bell pepper into strips
  3. Saute onions in olive oil on med-high
  4. Once onions start to become translucent, add bell pepper
  5. Add Sun Dried Tomatoes
  6. Stir through with a wooden spoon  (add any dried herbs or spices you wish)
  7. Plate into your serving dish


  • Do not overcook
  • Peppers should still be crisp, not soggy
