Skinny Chicken Tacos

Mini Chicken Tacos

Multiply by number of People


  • 4 Wonton Wrappers
  • 1 oz Cooked Chicken
  • 1 Tbsp Goat Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Arugula
  • 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • Oil for Frying


  1. Preheat Oil for Deep Frying 375F
  2. Lay 1 Wonton wrapper over closed tongs
  3. Gently lower into hot oil
  4. Fry 2-3 min till brown
  5. Drain on absorbent kitchen towel
  6. repeat for other 3 Wonton wrappers
  7. shape into taco shell as you go before they cool and become hard
  8. Fill with cooked chicken
  9. Top with Arugula
  10. Crumble Goat Cheese on top
  11. Drizzle all 4 with 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
