Quick & Easy Cheddar, Bacon & Beer Fondue


  • 12 oz Fosters Lager
  • 8 oz White Cheddar Cheese
  • 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese
  • 8 oz  Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 2 Slices Bacon
  • 10 Drops Tabasco Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Plain All Purpose Flour


  1. Cook Bacon in Non Stick Skillet, Med-high until crisp but not crunchy
  2. Bring beer to a boil in a large saucepan
  3. Cook down alcohol until the beer starts to froth
  4. Grate Cheddar Cheese into beer mixture
  5. Stir in a figure 8 motion with a metal whisk
  6. Add grated Monterey Jack and whisk
  7. Add Mozzarella Cheese, Tabasco and flour
  8. Transfer to serving dish & garnish
  9. Crumble the cooked bacon, chopped green onions or both

    Serve hot with:

(broccoli, carrots, strawberries, apples, celery)


You can use any combination of cheese you like
Gruyere, smoked gouda etc
I just happened to have the one’s listed on hand

1/4 cup = 2 oz = 1 Serving Size
