RECIPE: Chicken Nuggets

  • 1 Lb Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breast Fillets
  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
  • Omega 3 Smart Balance Oil

You will also need:

2 large Ziploc Bags


  1. Pre-heat oven 375F
  2. Cut Chicken into cubes
  3. In a small mixing bowl lightly beat eggs
  4. In a large Ziploc bag add flour
  5. In a separate Ziploc bag add Italian breadcrumbs
  6. Dip chicken into egg then place in all purpose flour bag, seal and shake
  7. Shake off excess flour
  8. Return floured chicken to egg then
  9. Add to breadcrumb bag seal and shake
  10. Repeat this process until all chicken is breaded
  11. Heat cooking oil and flash fry chicken nuggets until brown on both sides
  12. Place flash fried chicken in a single layer on a cookie sheet or pizza pan
  13. Bake for 15 minutes in 375F oven
  14. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or our home made Yum Yum Sauce or Ranch Dressing
