RECIPE: Chicken Fingerz

Quick & Easy Party Appetizer


  • 1 Lb boneless, Skinless, Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup Plain All Purpose Plain Flour
  • 2 tbsp KD All Purpose Seasoning
  • 1/2 pint Buttermilk
  • Cooking Oil

You will also need:

  • 2 large gallon size Ziploc Bags
  • Large Saucepan / Pasta Pot or a Deep Fryer
  • Metal Tongs
  • Baking Tray – lined with paper towels or a wire cake rack


  1. Cut chicken breasts into strips
  2. Soak in a bowl covered with buttermilk in fridge overnight
  3. The next day:

  4. Pre-heat deep fryer / oil to 375F
  5. Add seasoning to flour, shake well to combine in ziploc bag
  6. Dredge chicken in seasoned flour
  7. Deep fry until golden brown
  8. Drain on paper towels
  9. Let rest 10 mins
  10. Serve hot with dipping sauces
